This site keeps no records of its own. You will not find jail rosters, inmate files, booking photos, warrant data, or court records hosted on these pages, because none of that lives here. What you get instead is guidance toward the agencies and locators that do hold the originals. In Connecticut, custody records sit with the Connecticut Department of Correction through its statewide inmate search, court records sit with the Connecticut Judicial Branch, and federal custody is tracked by the Bureau of Prisons, with ICE handling immigration holds. Fairfield County itself runs no jail and has no sheriff, since the old county jails were folded into the state corrections system back in 1968. To confirm whether someone is in custody or to obtain an actual record, request it from the Department of Correction, the relevant court clerk, or the agency that issued it.
